ALL COMPETITORS AND GUEST PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE REGISTRATION  CHECK-IN LOCATED AT THE HOST HOTEL

COMPETITORS FAILING TO COMPLETE CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY EVENT, AND CAN RESULT IN FORFEITING OF THE GAME OR EVENT.

THIS INCLUDES ALL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS AND TEAM EVENT MEMBERS.

LATE ARRIVALS (AFTER HOURS) CAN CALL ME AT 512-632-0405 or 214-221-1510 AND I WILL TRY AND MEET WITH YOU TO GET YOU CHECKED-IN AT THE HOTEL.

Read these rules and keep them for reference.

Completed applications must meet the electronic mail date deadline of May 12th in order to avoid late fees. The appropriate fees must be paid by PayPal credit card or electronic check.

 Walk-up registrations will be permitted for the 2025 Games in Corpus Christi for some events. (3-point shooting contest, power lifting liftoff, Texas Hold’em, Cornhole and Dominoes). Walk-up registration for Individual Events such as Firearms, Bowling, Archery etc…will be required to pay a late fee. NO Exceptions. No walk-up registrations will be allowed on the day of the event.

All competitors, must register on-line or by mail PRIOR to participating in any event(s) and MUST then PERSONALLY check-in at Registration, at the Host Hotel, or designated location during the week of the games.

Each competitor must provide proper representative agency identification. Any agency identification without a photograph must be supported with a driver license or other photo identification. Guests may use a driver license or other form of photo identification.

Team Captains CANNOT check in their team members. Every team member must show a PHOTO IDENTIFICATION from his/her agency. Any agency identification without a photograph must be supported with a driver license or other photo identification..

A color coded wrist-band will be issued to all competitors and it must be worn until the competitor’s last event is completed. Medals will not be issued to competitors not wearing their own wrist-band.

FEE PAYMENT RULES:

Payment must be made at the time of on-line registration, or must be paid by check or money order along with the mail in application.

To qualify for Early Registration Fees, you MUST register as individual prior to the closing date of Early Registration.

To qualify for Regular Registration Fees, you MUST register as individual or team prior to the closing date of Regular Registration.

To qualify for Late Registration Fees, you must register as individual or team prior to the closing date of late registration.

No individual or team registrations will be allowed after the closing date for Late Registration. There will be a (3) three day Grace period for mail in applications only.

Walk-up registrations at the Host hotel and/or at the location to be determined will be required to pay a late fee.

EXCEPTIONS: (under exigent circumstances)

Will be allowed ONLY   if you contact the office by email at tpaf@texaspolicegames.org prior to the closing date and have registered your information on line, or mailed in your application before the closing date of Early Registration, Regular Registration or Late Registration. You will be allowed a MAXIMUM of (10) ten days grace period to make the fee payment.

REFUNDS:

There will be NO REFUNDS for individuals that register for any event. It will be the individuals responsibility to ensure that they will be able to attend and compete in the competition.
